The maintenance and improvement of our social standards represent an important element of our corporate philosophy.

Within the framework of our social management system, the production operations are checked at irregular intervals by independent quality controllers, social compliance employees and representatives of Florett Textil.

The findings from visits to factories in respect of social compliance are recorded in memoranda and – depending on the degree of urgency – discussed directly with the particular production operation or with the aid of a consultant. The question if changes have been carried out in accordance with a time schedule that is prepared is checked in subsequent visits. The measures in accordance with the audit based on the CAP (Corrective Action Plan) are co-ordinated and documented by Florett Textil.

Florett Textil is a member of the Business Social Compliance Initiative. This initiative of the Foreign Trade Association monitors the social standards of our manufacturers and ensures that the international core work standards (no childwork, high level of work safety) are maintained.
